Message	i used plain soap and water mix and a sponge to remove all the dirt...then i dried each wheel with a cotton towel...then i used turtle wax chrome polish to give it the shine...the little bottle cost me like $4 at oreilly...and i think it works great...just apply, let haze, then wipe off
